Food in the Netherlands for most families exists of two meals of bread (breakfast and lunch) home-made sandwiches with thinly sliced cheese or meat (or chocolatesprinkles) and one hot eveningmeal.

Very important is there has to be a variety in the meals, lots of vegetables, less fat and no big portions.
